Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

As good as an insurance company can be I guess.

Easy to navigate the website to get a quote and see what the options are. Best of all it was a good quote (car insurance). That was the main reason for going with admiral. I would definitely use them again, but only if the quote was competitive! Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Dealt with my claim professionally

Admiral are competitively priced and the cover is great.

Contacting them is easy as is changing or adapting your cover. Their home insurance is also excellent value for money. My only issue has been viewing my documents online. I have often had problems logging in. Apart from that I am happy with their service. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
