Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Always great service year after year

I have been an Admiral multi- car client for 10+ years. In that time the level of service has remained high, they have remained competing in price. And when I have needed to claim the support and help to resolve the claim was first class. I cannot think of another insurance company that has the same client focus and approach.
