Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Excellent insurance company

I went online to find the cheapest insurance quotes and Admiral wasn’t the cheapest but was providing everything I needed windscreen cover breakdown cover at included all at a reasonable price and what I pay for fully comprehensive insurance for myself and partner I thought was pretty decent which is why when my renewal is due I don’t have to worry about being charged a silly price forcing me to look elsewhere and I just simply carry on into another year with the same insurance company I very rarely change as I believe in long term custom with companies Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
