Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Convenience and price

They are OK

I have had an incident where my car was hit by an uninsured car. But I am not covered by their uninsured driver cover as they don't know the driver of the car. I have pictures of the car and the number plate and a police incident number as the driver was either pissed or high. I am sure if I had managed to speak to the driver they wouldn't have given me their name... I'm unsure as to what else I could have done. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Overall Great Experience

As a first time driver, sorting my insurance out was a bit daunting. Admiral provided the best deal for what I was looking for, and it was super easy to put through. Customer service is excellent and easy, as you can just use the pop-up chat service. Sending my black box back was a bit of a faff, as I wasn't provided with a return label, but I was offered an alternative quickly. Overall, great experience. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Best insurance for first time licensee

Prompt, efficient, good responses

great but could be better

the only reason i can’t give full marks is because i am unable to access the Admiral app after a certain time in the day. has been this way since i downloaded the app. other than that, Admiral has been superb! explains why they were my first choice of insurance & has been for 5 years Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
