Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Best insurance for first time licensee

Admiral were the cheapest insurance option available. I saved £360 by switching from my previous provider. They are easy to deal with and my renewal was simple and cost effective on the anniversary of my cover. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Prompt, efficient, good responses

I suffered a Jaguar XJ write off on a dark windy night on the A10 during rush hour in a collision with immigrant drivers. The claim process was straightforward, quick and fair. I am a satisfied client. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

great but could be better

the only reason i can’t give full marks is because i am unable to access the Admiral app after a certain time in the day. has been this way since i downloaded the app. other than that, Admiral has been superb! explains why they were my first choice of insurance & has been for 5 years Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
