Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Fair price, good service, friendly staff

My only experience with Admiral is with signing up and changing the odd personal detail here and there. However, these have been very positive experiences - I never had to wait long in a phone queue and the staff were always helpful and friendly. Quoted prices are always fair and they are happy to give a better deal should you find something cheaper elsewhere. Thankfully I have never needed to claim on insurance, but I have full confidence that Admiral would provide a good service. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

First class service

Admiral is good
