Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Top class insurer!

Great customer service and value for money. I've used Admiral for many years now and I wouldn't insure my car with anyone else. They always match or beat other insurer quotes when it comes to my yearly renewal. Extremely helpful and competitive

Needing to ensure my 17 year old son I carried out a comparison site search and admiral came out very competitive. I then contacted them and the admiral employee was extremely helpful and ended up saving me even more money by recommending a multi car policy.
