Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Straight forward reasonable priced car insurance

Having used Admirals Car insurance for many, many years. Prices are always lower year on year. Unfortunately due to vandalism I had to claim on my insurance. From beginning to end it was all sorted by admiral claims department and it was straight forward and stress free. The multi car option means the whole family can enjoy all the benefits. Never had an issue
