Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Easy to obtain

Insurance is usually very difficult and admiral make it very easy to get a policy and get roadside assistance etc. Their customer service is always amazing and the wait times for calls are usually pretty short. Overall it's an insurance company I have full faith in and will be returning to(they usually have the lowest premiums also). Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Great insurance company

Admiral have been great over the years I’ve went with them, on e of the cheapest and they sure go above and beyond for their customer, I left for a year but went straight back with them the next wouldnt deal with bay other insurance. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
