Easy to organise

Helpful customer service team

Haven’t needed to make a claim however when my insurance was up for renewal we were in a bit of financial difficulty (partner was on unpaid maternity leave so only had one income coming in) I contacted the customer service team to see if there was any help available and they managed to not only offer us a discount but let us pay for our insurance by monthly payments meaning we didn’t have to struggle scrapping together all the money at once! Good price

Price was good and other terms and conditions seem OK. Administration on line was straight forward with no delays and received hard copy documents. Only just taken out the car insurance and so I cannot comment on what the customer service will be like and if I will be happy with them if I need to make a claim in the future. Cheapest insurance, 10 months rolling.

I have been with Admiral for several years now. They constantly offer me the cheapest option on the market, and every 10 months I get 1-year bonus. It’s a no brainer. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Great customer service

Firstly, when our parked car was hit accidentally, we were given great customer service throughout the process. Secondly, when our renewal quote was high compared to others, Admiral then offered a more competitive deal- customer service was very nice.
