Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Exceptional service.

I moved to the UK last year. While I was stil in the hotel quarentine, I bought my car ad needed insurance sorted for when I receive my car. It was such a quick process to get the insurance sorted. Just no hassle whatsoever. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Long time customer

Reliable and honest.

I’ve been a customer with admiral for a couple years now and I am very pleased with their service. When renewing my insurance, I explained how the monthly amount was a little over my Budget and with the rise in cost of living, they understood and accommodated for me by reducing the price. Efficient, helpful, reasonable!
