Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Money back when its needed

Have been with admiral for yrs with a multicar policy. In the pandemic as no one could go anywhere they were one of the first to refund some money back directly to me without chasing or asking for it, and this year when every other single bill i have has gone? My car insurance dropped by quite a bit! Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Policy is great
