Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Provides required cover

Admiral insurance provides courtesy car, personal accident and lost and stolen keys cover. Insurance application process and update is easy and insurance policy is clear. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Competitive multi car insurance

Had the renewal costs through for our multi car insurance earlier this year and delighted to see the costs had gone down when so much around us is increasing- Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Exceptional customer service and reasonable quotes

I’ve been with Admiral now for a number of years. Having been with different incurable companies prior, the difference is night and day. Whenever I need to change details or information on my policy I am always pleasantly surprised with the levels of customer service displayed when speaking to an agent. Changes are made very quickly and the quotes which I am offered have always been very well priced. Far more reasonably so than other companies out there. I will be staying with Admiral for as long as I own a vehicle and indeed with anything else that may require insurance. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Easy to contact, reliable service

Car insurance was easy to set up and the process was not complicated. Since I set up the car insurance Admiral have provided all the necessary paperwork and remained in regularly contact when needed.
