Great insurance provider

I have been with admiral for around 5 years now - there may be slightly cheaper quote’s available but the customer service is appalling. Whenever I have need to make any changes or add a driver with admiral it’s easy to do either over the phone or via the app - customer service is brilliant every time Reviewed on: 27th August 2023

Efficient, friendly and reliable

We had a 6 month old BMW stolen from outside our house due to the keyless entry system. Admiral were so quick and efficient at sorting out our claim. They reimbursed us the full value of the car, which was actually slightly more than what we paid for it. They also reimbursed us for our baby's car seat and pushchair that were in the vehicle at the time it was stolen. We had the full amount of compensation within a week and the whole process was smooth, effortless and efficient, which is just what you need when you go through something like that. Highly recommend! Great Service

Admiral are a great company who make it super easy to get a car insurance quote, update details or renew your policy. They also offer a wide range of discounts in addition to good priced policies eg free magazine subscription, discounts on travel insurance. Reviewed on: 26th August 2023

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Tried them for one year never again

Avoid at all costs. I broke down a week ago and i got someone to pick me up and drop me off to the garage to fix car. AA didnt even check the car but i told them it might be the clutch. I got the car fixed for a week and it broke down again. Called someone AA came and checked and it says its the clutch so they were like you have to pay for recovery which is £99 plus mileage fees. All of that because they took my word as someone who knows nothing about cars that it might be the clutch so its registered as clutch problem twice. On top of that their customer service are like robots repeating the same thing like they don’t listen to what you’re saying. I will definitely find a different insurer next month. Really Helpful and Humans on the end of a phone!

Great customer service and app
