Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

2nd year been with them and wouldn't changry

Great service

When we bought a new electrical vehicle our existing insurance company could not insure it, we still don’t know why. We moved to admiral and the service is great. The online system is very easy to use to check up on policy details. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Best value for money!

I've used admiral for a while now. It's very straightforward forward the app is easy to use and very convenient for people on the go a lot. Best prices I've been quoted by far especially the multi-car policy. I also have a personal loan with Admiral because they provided a guaranteed price and Apr rate before apply which helped with credit score. Overall very happy with their service provided. Reliable, well priced
