Over priced thugs

I have 4 cars on a multi car policy. Paying more than I ever would. Unfortunately I have cars that other Insurance companies won’t insure. They way the don’t really care about me. When it comes time to take money admiral is quick but when it’s time to pay me out it’s a lengthy procedure, and a document or proof is always coincidentally missing. Great service, easy online portal

Two years in a row I have been quoted higher renewal quotes

Easy and without the fuss

Average customer service

Black box scam

I had a terrible experience with Admiral motor insurance, they wanted me to use a black box for the first year. After a few months the black box had severe issues and that caused the insurance company to end my policy without trying to solve the technical issues. This also caused me a huge financial loss.
