Come renewal got it sorted in a few mins... asked if there was any way to reduce the premium the handler said yes we can have a look.... 5 mins later a third(ish) was taken off... easy Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Best decision

Admiral have gone above and beyond to help meet my requirements several times. They have educated me in things I never knew before and are always very polite and kind. I currently have an ongoing case where my car was hit into the back of at 50mph whilst being stationary at junction lights and it turns out the driver perhaps may not be insured, however admiral have taken the stress away from me and helped me work through every step of the way. I feel like they are always willing to be of assistance and I have never left a conversation feeling unsatisfied. I cannot remember how many times I have renewed with them but whenever I have had to reach our for advise they have always been fantastic. I will hope to renew with them again next year too! Fair and clear prices, great customer service

Had to change some details about my cover and they were so helpful and friendly it did not feel like a chore. Although have been fortunate not to have to claim, I have experienced great customer service from them, something which is quite rare these days!
