Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Does what it says on the tin.

Speedy cheap quotes

This was the first time I have insured my car with Admiral. I was surprised at how reasonable the quote was online including the extras I had added on. I was a bit apprehensive so called them to confirm the price quoted. The lady I spoke to was so friendly and polite not pushy at all even though I didn't take the insurance out immediately. Once I had contacted my old insurers I then spoke to the same person from Admiral who guided me through the process with lots of patience. The correspondence after that was quick and efficient.
