Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great company

Had car insurance with Admiral for a few years now and never had any problems. Staff are always lovely over the phone and quick to resolve any enquiries. So I’ll continue to renew my car insurance with them. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Excellent value and excellent service

I have used Admiral car insurance for many years. Always is the best price and best multi car policy I can find on the market. Every year my husband will say I’m sure it’s cheaper elsewhere. So we waste hours of searching to come back to Admiral. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
