Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Easy experience

Great insurance provider

In my experience with admiral car insurance, there has been nothing bad I can say about it. Whenever I have needed them to update details on my policy they’ve done it no problem. When I have had questions for the customer service department they have helped immensely. When I needed a new battery for my car, they managed to send out AA to me within 5 minutes of my call.
