Keep coming back to them

Overall Admiral keep offering the best price on the market, good product with a good level of cover. On the occasion you claim they are quick and efficient to handle your claim. The one fly in the ointment is the online/app servicing of your account is poor with continued issues and problems. But overall good product and service. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

Average customer service

I have got 2 policies with admiral. I have found that the customer service is very average, they delay things not because they want but only because the people at customer support are not well trained. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2023

Black box scam

I had a terrible experience with Admiral motor insurance, they wanted me to use a black box for the first year. After a few months the black box had severe issues and that caused the insurance company to end my policy without trying to solve the technical issues. This also caused me a huge financial loss. Insurance Scam

Joining admiral was a mistake. Had their multicar insurance for 9months before I had an accident and they refused to provide a courtesy car or even accept the claim. They started requesting for documentation that they didn't request for when I joined.. so ridiculous... and still went ahead to collect payment for the last 3months Reviewed on: 22nd August 2023

Not sure if im getting value for money

Great insurance

I’ve been with admiral for my car insurance for a couple of years now and I’ve never had any problems. They always offer a good deal and their app is very user friendly too. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2023

Odd pricing

During my previous car insurance renewal, my premium increased quite a bit which was confusing as I hadn’t made any claims nor changed my car. They couldn’t give me an answer as to why this happened and then when I mentioned that I had found a cheaper offer with another insurance company, they offered an even lower price than the competitor which was welcomed. They still couldn’t give me an answer as to why they could change there figures like this when I asked but I accepted the offer and renewed. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2023

Standard insurance provider

Very similar to other providers, renewal rates aren't great, best to leave and then join as a new customer. Fee for early cancellation slightly higher than others. Pretty quick to get through to customer service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2023
