cheap and easy to get insured but check the small print

They may be cheap and easy to get insured but trust me- check the small print!!!! After submitting a claim I was asked for photos and invoices for tools that were stolen from my shed! Like you take photos of yourself with tools etc. The communication through the process was terrible with me having to chase them constantly as to what was happening with my claim! After 7weeks I was informed I would not be settled for my stolen tools! Get a different insurance provider! Quick to take your money but will do anything to get out of paying should you unfortunately need to claim! Reviewed on: 16th October 2025

Overall it was easy to get a quote and can easily check my documents online. I had to make one change and this was done without any issue. The customer assistant was quick at changing the policy and there was no issue. Reviewed on: 6th September 2025
