Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

From moment I first called admiral they made me feel as though I’d been with them for years. Not a new customer. They were so helpful an the service I’ve received since has been first class from renewals to keeping me updated on the company products and new promotions via email. Good value for money
