Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Lowest price for excellent cover

Contacted Admiral directly for thier Premium cover policy and received better price than comparison sites. The Premium policy covers all of our needs with very little exclusions. Reviewed on: 21st August 2019

Be an admiral customer, you're worth it!

Admiral is one of the most honest and trustworthy companies I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The customer service is world beating, with fast and efficient response whenever you need them. There may be cheaper options out there but I am very satisfied paying slightly more for the outstanding service I've received. I actually recommended admiral to my son as well and he has received excellent customer service through your company with his car insurance too. Very satisfied customer.
