Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

The service provided was effective and efficient. The Admiral employee concerned was first class, especially in completing his questionnaire for the proposal. Great for Student Insurance

Cheaper than Endsleigh, the leading student insurance provider, and covered all of the items I wanted to be under the insurance policy unlike Endsleigh. Did ask lots of questions, so took a little while to set up but worth it. Reviewed on: 26th September 2018
