Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

WHEN I CAME TO RENEW MY HOUSE INSURANCE LAST YEAR , ADMIRAL CAME UP CHEAPEST BY A MARGIN. IT WAS VERY STRAIGHT FORWARD TO SET UP THE NEW INSURANCE POLICY WHICH WAS A REAL PLUS AND I'M EXPECTING THEM TO COME UP TRUMPS THIS YEAR PRICE WISE WHEN MY POLICY IS UP FOR RENEWAL. Professional, personal, peace of mind.

I have car and house insurance. Swapping car insurance over and adding house insurance was all done efficiently, in plain English by a pleasant company representative. Takes out all the worries

My son had a accident which wasn't his fault,admiral took all the worries out of our hands,and organised a courtesy car,and we put in a claim,and they sorted physio etc.excellent service.My sons car was written of by the insurance people,they paid him out a decent sum,and gave him the chance to buy his car back as well.
