Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Great Service, Fantastic Value

I called Admiral for a multi- house and car insurance quote. I tend to do my research so I’m always looking for acompetstive price but with a good level of cover. Admiral were able to beat my previous price comparison quotes with a great level of cover for both policies. The customer service throughout this process was excellent. Efficient and prompt

Recently I renewed my home contents insurance and there was a problem regarding payment. My daughter rang yourselves and was very impressed by the girl she spoke to who dealt with the problem in a very efficient and friendly manner. So it was very satisfactory. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

No claim but still satisfied!!

Although I haven't needed to claim, fortunately, I would recommend Admiral to anyone as they are very reasonably priced and I had no problem arranging a policy for home contents insurance.. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
