Holding a Conversation not just ticking boxes

The member of Admiral staff I spoke to, after completing an online comparison checklist, was helpful by explaining the process she was taking to answer my questions and made me feel that she was doing her best to ensure we were covered adequately for our needs. Rare but they care!

I have had house insurance for a number of years with admiral. When I received a renewal I was a little unhappy with, the more than helpful staff member spoke to me for a long time about the quote until I was happy with the additions, unnecessary items and the new cost. Best multi policy provider

I have been with admiral for a number of years now. They have offered great value in terms of insurance and their staff are so nice aswell which gives you a bit of peace of mind in that if you ever did have to make a claim they would help every step of the way. They are easy to talk to on the phone and are always willing to help i my experience if you have any questions or queries. I previoisly had seperate policies starting at different times of the year but the guys at admiral helped to consolidate them all so that it was more convenient for us Reviewed on: 17th August 2022
