Great value and customer service

Being a slightly older lady, I appreciate being able to talk to someone on the phone and they are always very helpful. And they matched the lower price when I had shopped around. Reviewed on: 10th August 2024

I guess you get what you pay for?

I'm with them as it's about all I can afford. My roof was damaged last year, so I started a claim, and by the time they finally sent someone to say "no they won't cover that", I couldn't find an available roofer for love nor money. They absolutely could have told me from the photos that I wasn't eligible, and given me time to book a repair while I still could. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Excellent customer service, providing me and my family with security at an affordable price. Worth every penny. I have been with Admiral for a few years now and have always been delighted with them. Best of all when I need to speak to someone I get through straight away with no hanging on the end of the phone waiting endlessly for an actual human being to speak to. A rare thing these days. Excellent service & Value

Ive been with lots of other insurers but more recently I have taken out multi car and house insurance with them. They offer the best cover across all of them and if ever I need yo discuss the new premiums they are always willing to provide the lowest price renewal.
