Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Easy to deal with

Hassle free insurance

We have been with Admiral for a number of years. Being able to combine home and car insurance is so convenient and at competitive prices what more can you want. The staff are always very helpful and easy to talk to, I have never had to wait long either to talk to someone. I can't fault them at all. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Reasonable price when bundled with other products

Admiral home insurance was straightforward to arrange at the same time as our multi car insurance renewal. Bundling the products made the overall price competitive. Good service both online and over the phone

It was really easy to arrange car insurance . Afterwards i added another car to the policy and home insurance as multi insurance. I needed to check some further details and rang and spoke to Agent. This was simple enough and the agent was able to answer my queries with efficiently.
