Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Reasonable price great service

We have multi car insurance and home & contents insurance too. I find it has worked out a lot cheaper then having 3 different policies. When I have had to ring to speak to someone the wait time has not been very long and customer service always fantastic and people very helpful. I have been with admiral for a few years now as everytime I get my renewal quote it is cheaper then other places which I have checked. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Simple Transparent process

I already have the Admiral multi car policy , I contacted admiral to get a home insurance quote. The process was straightforward and transparent, the quote was good value and gives me the cover I require along with extra features such as home emergency and legal cover .
