Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Although fortunately I have not had to claim on my insurance but I like the app and it was so straightforward to add my house insurance and change my car insurance to my new car. Easy to set up and provides what I need. Doesn’t ask hard questions around the year the house was built or what materials are used in the building process. Also uses umbrella amounts so adding up contents is easy. Quick and simple process. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
