Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Efficient, good value and easy to use.

Good value policy and helpful customer service. On the few times I have contacted Admiral (mainly for renewal) staff have been informative, helpful and polite. I have multi car insurance with my home insurance which makes the cost even more competitive and simple when it comes to renewal time. Happy customer who would recommend. Stayed with Admiral for years

I have Home, Car Multi Insurance and also Business Vehicle Insurance. Even though I do look around each year for the best quotes I always the renew with Admiral as they can price match, the level of cover is in differing levels to suit needs and Customer Service is good.
