Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Good honest firm to deal with

I found them good as far as not pushy, new the business,very confident agent that I spoke to. We had complicated question that the agent did not quite know 100% I was asked to hold and after very short time my question was answered. This quite was competitive and agent was very clear when explaining the details to me. All in all a pleasure dealing with Admiral. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
