Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Why would you go anywhere else?

Never had any problems

Never had to make a claim yet so hope that would be as easy as renewing my policy which is always easy. A good fair quote in the first place means I've always stayed with them and no need to change company. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022
