Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

I use Admiral for home and car insurance and they’re amazing! Their website is super easy to use and you can make most changes to your policy/details by yourself without phoning.
