Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Good all round company

With a multi car policy it’s good to keep the cars in your family included in one insurance saving you admin fees by having multiple accounts. Due to the ease of dealing with Admiral, I now have other policies them. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022

Competitive prices and friendly staff

I have found Admiral to always provide competitive prices for their insurance and when I have found it cheaper with another provider, they quite often match (or very close to) the amount. This process is very quick and easy via chat or even on Twitter, keep up the great customer service. I now have two policies with them and another two within my immediate family!
