Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Does what it says on the tin!

Fortunately we’ve had no need to claim on the insurance, so I can’t vouch for this part of the experience. But ordering the insurance was easy, the rates offered were market-leading and customer service has been a-okay to date. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022
