Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Simple, cost effective and easy

We’ve used Admiral for some time and have found it to be very competitive on costs while offering a good quality service and a brand that’s well known and reliable. Setting up the insurance was simple and the monthly emails are helpful reminders of options and the current status.
