Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Excellent!

We’ve had issues with our boiler and the help and service received from admiral was brilliant. Our request was dealt with quickly and efficiently taking into consideration that we have small children and having a working boiler is essential. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022
