You get to speak to a person!!

Needed some advice regarding possibly making an insurance claim and needed to speak to an actual person and not a computer. I got put through to a customer services agent within a couple of minutes and they were able to answer my query immediately. Very good service. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022

Cheap and helpful
