Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Simplicity that's all you need

I always dread changing to a new provider, I am disabled and Admiral made it so easy to change and provide the cover I needed and no upselling which often happens dont you think nowadays . Fantastic service

I been with admiral for a few years now and I've never had any trouble when dealing with them. Their staff and polite and efficient. My renewal quotes are normally stay around the same price. I possibly could get it cheaper elsewhere however loyalty and service is a key thing when dealing with companies, and this company will continue to get custom. Many thanks. Cheap and easy
