I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Reasonable price and great communication

We have been with Admiral regarding Buildings and Contents Insurance for a few years now and wouldn’t consider another company. This is due to great communication, via monthly Newsletters plus such a competitive price. For instance, this year the cost of our policy has reduced by 16%, during these difficult times this is a blessing. I believe the service Admiral provides at that price is unparalleled. We have changed insurance providers regularly to get the best deal, however as well as being extremely reasonable, Admiral offer friendly staff, quick to deal with and resolve problems, questions and queries. Rapid response to email queries and were extremely quick in resolving our claim for accidental damage. 100% recommended. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022

I bought house insurance and car insurance with Admiral. It was easy to buy the insurances online, the insurance documentation was available on my account straightaway. Making a claim is straightforward from your account. I would use Admiral again for sure. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022
