Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Low cost low fuss insurance

Thankfully not needed to make a claim, but easy to setup and renew. Costs have remained low and I feel I’m not being penalised for being an existing customer when my policy comes up for renewal. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022

Helpful, friendly staff.

Each time I have called Andmiral the staff have always been helpful, friendly, polite and get what I have asked done. I feel good customer service is vital when taking out insurance policies so this fills me with trust in Admiral and I am happy I am insured with them and am very likely to renew with them in the future and also recommend their sevices.
