Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Insurance you can depend on

Very happy with Admiral they were very good when I had an accident a couple of years ago that was covered by personal injury through home insurance. Although I wasn’t actually able to claim they were very good at communicating. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022

Simply The Best

I have had house insurance with another company for years but when i had a quote from Admiral, there was no contest, i received value for money, great customer service and peace of mind. Great Company

I have never had any problems with Admiral. Their prices are the most reasonable I have experienced and their customer service team are so helpful and lovely. Friendly and competitive - what more do you need?

Having used Admiral for my home contents insurance for the past few years, I've never had any reason to complain or question any of their measures or practices. It's been a straightforward partnership from the start! With a detailed personal plan that covers the items that are important to me, I feel safe knowing that if trouble rears its head, I'll come out the other side safe and sound. Good price and very helpful

I won’t lie I originally picked admiral due to the price. However I did have to use their services on a Sunday morning when I had water gushing through my ceiling. They had an emergency plumber to me within an hour who fixed the issue. They also made follow up contact to see all was good. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022
