Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Brill online services, cheap, would recommend

I use admiral for my car and home insurance, would absolutely recommend. I’ve never had any issues contacting them and it’s so easy to make any changes online (which is important to me) both policies meet all my needs and for a very reasonable price! Reviewed on: 12th August 2022

Pedantic

Really helpful and friendly.

Always had pleasant service every time I contact Admiral. Everyone in customer service that I’ve spoken to is friendly, positive and helpful. They take your concerns and questions seriously, and if they can’t help they direct you to where you need to go to get that help (I.e. not knowing specific details about parts of your house for house insurance claims - like how slanted your roof is!). The best and cheapest quotes I've ever had!
