Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Convenient access

I can access my account online, everything I need to know is there in my portal. I feel reassured that if I need help, it is there with a push of the button. Straight forward and honest

I had a burglary earlier this year and my family were absolutely terrified I have never claimed in over 30 years I rang admiral and they were very helpful and talked me through the process of making a claim . Reviewed on: 12th August 2022
