Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Always very helpful over the phone. They call you back and try their best to get you a good deal. They also value loyal customers.

I have both mine and my mum's insurance through admiral and I've never had any issues renewing it amending any address details. The people on the phone are always so polite and work to actively find you the best deal to suit your circumstances without being pushing. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022

Drama Free, Good Value
