Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Great policy great price and effortless

Just easy and clear

Substantial savings over previous HSBC policy, which felt like it was pushed upon us by the mortgage lender, but Admiral's policy setup process was so easy and clear I could tell that it covered and exceeded what we had previously with HSBC. Admiral weren't quite the cheapest on the CompareTheMarket website when we were looking, but the clarity over the cover provided compared to the cheaper alternatives, and good experiences from using them in the past for motor insurance, meant we chose them for just a few pounds more than the others.
