Quite Good - but!

Quite Good - but! Generally I think they provide a good service, and the price is pretty reasonable. When I added and then removed my car from my insurance with moderate ease. BUT the app is pretty useless, can’t make any changes using it which would be really handy. AND when I moved they were asking me loads of questions about my new flat that I couldn’t possibly know, eg roof material, and they suggest ‘Tiles’ even though I said it was a FLAT roof but they couldn’t suggest another material it could be made of. It would be better if they had some knowledge of likely building materials if they are going to ask those sorts of questions people are unlikely to know themselves. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

Rotten customer service and app.

I got an email saying the payment hadn’t gone through. I realised I forgot to change my card details after I got a new card from the bank. Changed then w, and confirmed the change in the bank’s app. Got another email saying the bank refused payment. Called the bank. No refused payment. They had a record of the authorisation. Called admiral. They say the bank refused. Told me to call them again. He seemed totally disinterested. I couldn’t do anything immediately. I was out. Checked the app when I got home. Card details were correct. I did a manual payment, and I went through. The app needs fixing, as does the website. Neither work properly on a mobile device. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2024
